This policy applies only to information we collect in this App and/or in e-mail, text and other electronic communications sent through, or in connection with, this App. Our websites and apps and these third parties may have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information on or through them.
If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not register on or use this website. By registering with, and/or by accessing our website you agree to our privacy policy.

Information we collect automatically when you use our services
When you access or use our Services, we automatically collect information about you, including the following:
Usage Information: We may collect information about your usage of our Services, such as what you order at a participating business, how long you stay at a participating business after checking in and what goodies you send to or receive from other users.
Log Information: We log information about your use of our Services, including the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed, your IP address and the page you visited before navigating to our Services.
Device Information: We collect information about the mobile device you use to access our Services, including the hardware model, operating system and version, and mobile network information. In addition, our Services may access your mobile device’s native phonebook and image storage applications, with your consent, to facilitate your use of certain features of our Services. If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of iRocket our customers or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
YOUR CHOICES: ACCESSING AND CORRECTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You can review and change your personal information by logging into the App and visiting your account profile page.
You may also send us an e-mail at support@irocket.com to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
LOCATION INFORMATION
When you first launch our mobile application, you may be asked to consent to the application’s collection of this information. You may turn location-based services on
and off by adjusting the settings of your mobile device. If you do so, certain features
of our mobile applications will no longer function. You may also stop our collection of location information by following the standard uninstall process to remove our mobile application from your device.
COOKIES
By accessing or using our Services, you consent to the placement of Cookies on your
Devices as described in this Privacy Policy. If you prefer not to receive Cookies through
our Services, you may control how your browser responds to cookies by adjusting the
privacy and security settings of your web browser. Unless you set your browser settings
to refuse all Cookies, our systems may issue Cookies when you access or use our Services.
If you set your browser settings to refuse all Cookies, the performance of certain features
of our Services may be limited or not work at all.
PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS
You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from Upped Events by
following the instructions in those communications. If you opt out, we may still send
you non-promotional communications, such as those about your account or our
ongoing business relations.
DATA SECURITY
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our App. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.
